Eastondale Black Angus Females

Here is a sample of some of the registered females that make up our cow herd at Eastondale Angus. We desire and select females that show us the maternal qualities that we believe the Angus breed has been noted for such as: fertility, udder quality, maternal instincts, longevity and middle-of-the-road frame scores. We believe our cow herd consists of more frame four cows now than we have frame two's and six's.

We have done some embryo work in the past and will consider more in the future, but the most notable has been flushing our GDAR Forever Lady 9136 cow. As you make your way though our website you may see why we have chosen this cow as an embryo donor. We believe her influence has taken our breeding program to a new level!

Some of the Black Angus females we are displaying here are the dams to bulls offered in this year's Eastondale Angus bull Sale, and we believe they will also be the dams of sale bulls in the future. Eastondale Angus bulls are the kind that will contribute positively in both purebred and commercial cattle herds.
